Too Faced Natural Eyes Palette: Review

Too Faced unfortunately is one of those brands that is very hard to come by in both England and Switzerland. I’ve had my eye on the Too Faced Natural Eyes palette for quite some time now and it only seem fit that when I waltzed into Sephora (more like sprinted around like a crazed gorilla from excitement) I had to pick this up. Originally I was a little apprehensive as with a lot of Too Faced products, they come with a little bit of a price tag.

After much deliberation, which was practically none, it found its way into my basket (leaps of joy!)

Upon opening I knew straight away the colours I would be reaching for the most. These included silk teddy (swoon), push up (swoon) and honey pot (more swooning!). The colours to the left side of the palette are for me definitely more day-time shades whereas the right looks to me more “Caroline attempting to achieve smokey eye without looking like being punched in the face” shades. Unfortunately I still haven't yet mastered the smokey eye look. The shade heaven makes for the perfect highlighter under the brow, cashmere bunny into the crease, and honey pot for the inner eye.

What I love about this palette is not only the variety of shades that it comes in but also the packaging. The palette is the perfect size for traveling and comes with its own mirror (always a plus!) Although it doesn’t come with its own brush, this isn’t such a fallback as usually palettes tend to come with those useless spongey textured applicators which never seem to help! I’ve used this palette quite a few times whilst I’ve been here, mostly in the evenings for a gold sparkly look and once again, Too Faced haven’t disappointed me!
Left to right: Heaven, Silk Teddy, Nudie, Cashmere Bunny, Push-Up, Honey Pot, Sexspresso, Erotica, Chocolate Martini
