Superdrug Haul

I actually picked this stuff up an age ago (present Caroline writing), so you'll see a few reviews on the products quickly after I've posted this but I promise that I've actually been trying them out for a good two weeks or so, I just haven't got round to hauling them (stupid broken camera/moving out debacle)! I accidentally fell into Superdrug and picked up a couple of products that I totally didn't need. Standard.

(Past Caroline writing) Firstly, I finally got my hands on some I Heart Makeup products. These I swear are the products that are out of stock the most in Superdrug (along with Sleek) and are so flipping hard to get my hands on. I picked up the Blushing Hearts Blusher 'Peachy Pink Kisses' which is a stunning three-toned pink blusher with an incredible highlight tone. Now I have to be honest, I don't know if I can get away with wearing this as a blush, like damn is it shimmery and highlighty, but I've owned one of these blushers before, in the shade Bursting with Love,( unfortunately it smashed) so am hopefully I can make it work! I don't think you understand how hard it is to get this in stock in your nearest Superdrug. The formula is amazing, very creamy, but not a little bit more powdery than let's say the Milani Baked Blusher's. I'm very excited to give this a whirl, because it looks like that perfect blush for Summer time.

Next is another I Heart Makeup and this is the Geek Lipstick 'Lips That Won't Lie', a very sheer nude because you totally needed a new nude lipstick. In all fairness, I don't actually have a true-nude sheer lipstick, but a lot of mattes or sheeny type pink-nudes. These were so cheap at £1.99 I know right so I'm not quite sure how amazing the formula is going to be, but keeping in mind that because it is sheer it's staying power won't be as fantastic as a matte anyway.

I then picked up the Rimmel Kate Moss Sculpting Palette 'Coral Glow' as I've  heard so many amazingly great things and I just have to always be in on the hype. Even if I am actually months late on this. What I love about this from a first glance is just how easily I can see this being that perfect palette to take away on a weekend-away trip. With a contour, highlight and blush all in one, and can I just say, all of the shades are totally stunning, I'm in awe already. I love that the highlighter is quite warm toned, as a lot of the time in palettes they can be too white and look awfully disco-ball like on me.

Lastly is the Sleek Solstice Highlighting Palette something that hit the blogging world a while back. This was another hell of a product to find to be honest with you, it was always sold out, and the only one left was a non-tester product, that had been opened and someone had annoyingly smudged their hands in. Please no. Highlighters are definitely not something I need more of, as evident by the fact that I can no longer fit anything in my acrylic drawers, but darn is it pretty. Can we just appreciate a) how stunning the packaging is, and b) how beautiful the products are. I have to be honest, I'm a little terrified to use this product, especially the purple highlighter? But luckily it comes with a handle little pamphlet!

So there we have it, a totally unnecessary makeup haul from Superdrug! Let me know if you've picked up anything from Superdrug recently and let me know which products in this haul you would like me to review!
