Dermo 28 Skincare Review

Trying new skincare terrifies me. I'm always worried it's going to break me out or I'll have an allergic reaction (which happens very often). I was kindly sent the Dermo 28 skincare range which was targetted at people with dry skin.

Dermo 28 is an Italy skincare collection with a philosophy based on passion and luxury. Off the bat, you can really tell how luxurious the products are, the packaging is beautiful and sleek.

First is the  Intensive Moisturizing Mask* which is sort of a cream face mask, that you apply, leave on for 5-10 mins and then wash off. Usually I'm much more of a peel-off mask kind of person, but I love how smooth my skin feels after this. It smells identical to a spa (the whole range does) which is great for those who aren't a fan of overpowering scents.

The Long-Lasting Deep Moisturizing Serum* is probably the product I was most excited for. I've been searching for a new serum for a long time but yet to find one that doesn't agitate my skin. This is another product that my skin has been loving as it makes applying my foundation after so easy. It leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth.

I'm a massive advocate for my Lush Ultrabland cleanser, so I really didn't have much interest in trying a new one. I have to say though the Moisturizing Cleansing Milk* breaks down makeup so well when you apply it. It's a very thin cleanser and my skin looks so radiant.

The one product that I"m not a massive fan of is the Intensive Moisturizing treatment*I find moisturisers the hardest thing to get right when it comes to my skin. I love my first aid ultra repair and am yet to find a product that really competes with it and sadly this I think just isn't thick enough for me. It's quite a light weight formula which I don't think particularly works for my skint type.
Let me know if you've tried the Dermo 28 range, I reckon this would make such a nice luxurious gift for your mum or grandma this Christmas as well!

  1. Haha I'm the same with trying new skincare, I get so worried that it'll mess things up! Never heard of this brand though, and it seems nice :)

  2. Haven't heard of this range before, but it sounds pretty great, especially as I like spa-like scents in my skincare routine, it helps a lot in the evening when it comes to falling asleep easily. I'm always on the hunt for a good moisturizing mask so I might check this Intensive Moisturizing mask out!

  4. I have a similar skin type and finding hydrating products that don't break me out is a real struggle. These sound lovely and worth checking. I particular like the sound of the mask, I'm so into face masks at the moment :) xx
