My Favourites: November

Oh my god, it's December. And I am so not ready for 2017, *breathe Caroline * *breath Caroline*.
Another month has gone by, which thankfully,  was a little bit less stress free when it came to my flat. I'm not going to lie, I've done a lot of recent purchases, with my non-existant money, so December will be filled with a lot more 'newer' products, whereas November was more of a "shop my stash" type of month.

Mac Twig has definitely been much more worn than my usual Velvet Teddy as I kind of suffered from really dry lips at the end of this month, so attractive. This is a satin finish so not overly cremesheen, but still moisturising. I think Twig has appeared on so many of my favourites because it's seriously underrated, a beautiful muted brown-purple shade.

I picked up Colourpop 'Bumble' a while ago and it's become such a beautiful staple shade for November. Not only has this fueled another Colourpop order (oops, be prepared) but I'm seriously digging the whole burnt terracotta vibe. I love the formula of Colourpop ultra matte lips

I reviewed the Dermo 28 Skincare range on my blog here and my all time favourite product out of the entire collection is the Long-Lasting Deep Moisturizing Serum*- Although extremely pricey I've really noticed a difference in how my foundation applies in the morning. I haven't had any serious breakouts and it allows me moisturiser to settle and properly concentrate into my skin.

We all know I'm an advocate of using the Rimmel Match Perfection foundation, but I thought I'd give a try to the Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation one to see what the difference is and also see whether or not I love it. During these colder months my skin has been looking a little bit sad and just needs a bit more life to it. This is a medium coverage foundation which applies amazingly using a beauty blender. As it has a hint of sheen in the formula, it really does make me look a lot more awake. My one tiny gripe is the shade, I'm Ivory in Match Perfection, but Ivory in this shade is just a little bit more orange (which is seriously confusing as it's the same brand) but if I blend it out and apply a lightener it works amazingly.

It's been a while since I've talked about the Benecos Primer* but this is seriously my go to always. It's such an affordable brand and this primer is tacky, enough to hold some properly shimmer and glittery shadows. I don't end up with fallout underneath my eyes at the end of the day, and my eyeliners, whether they be crayon or liquid, work so well on it!

So there we have it, another month! I can't wait to write my next monthly favourites as by that point it would've been Christmas and New Years already (so bloody crazy!) Let me know what your favourites are this month and what your most excited about for in December!

I've heard some fab things about that Rimmel foundation, but I'm not sure whether it would be good for oily skin types? <3 Thanks for sharing, lovely! xoxo
