My Spring Essentials

Spring has finally hit the UK (okay well it did for like 4 days) and safe to say I am LOVING it. I did a Spring Essentials post last year and I generally think it was of my all time favourite posts I had ever done. This time I've found quite a few products I've wanted to include so without further due, here we go.

Skincare wise I definitely start to take more care of my body. It's not as cold in the mornings and evenings, so I don't feel the need to immediately wrap myself up in my dressing gown coming out of the shower. Firstly if you're someone who loves sweet scents, you need to get your hands on the Patisserie De Bain range. I have both the Patisserie De Bain Strawberry Cupcake Handcream* and Bath & Shower Cream* and I am obsessed. I'm someone who likes to come out of the shower smelling of products and this is definitely one I'm enjoying! Also can we just appreciate that packaging?! It's so adorable *insert heart emoji*.

It wouldn't be my essentials without a Lush product. Lush definitely kicked it out of the park this year with their Easter range and a product one of my friends got me for my birthday was the Chick 'N Mix Bath Bomb. This cutie resembles two halves of an Easter egg with a tiny rabbit shaped bath bomb inside. To me this scent literally resembles the entire inside of Lush and for me Spring is still breezy enough to enjoy a relaxing bath on the weekends.

The Odylique Calming Rose Super Tonic* has slowly made it's way into my skincare routine. I've tried a couple of Rose products before from Lush which caused me to have severe breakouts, however thankfully I haven't with this product. Some toners leave my face feeling very tight and dehydrated, however I've been lucky with this one as it not only takes off any residue dirt and grime that my cleanser hasn't, but it still manages to leave my face feeling plump and soft.

Makeup wise Spring calls for a lot of pastel pinks and I've finally brought back my Milani Illuminating Face Powder 'Beauty's Touch'  which was a staple for me all last year and something I can see everyone in the beauty world has been discovering recently! This is a gorgeous powder that I apply, really, to my entire face to add a bit more colour. Sometimes when I wear a light coverage foundation, blush and bronzer can look a little odd and harsh, so this is a great alternative.

My lip pick for Spring is the gorgeous Charlotte Tilbury K.I.S.S.I.N.G 'Bitch Perfect' lipstick. I did an entire post on the lipstick here and honestly, it's such a stunning peach shade. It doesn't wash me out at all, which is very common for a peach lipstick, mainly because it has that perfect undertone of pink in it.

Lastly, on my nails I think it's no surprise after my recent Spring Nails blog post is the Essie Spin the Bottle Nail Colour . This actually came in a duo but this shade stands out to me on so many levels, it's such a beautiful feminine shade and makes your nails look so dainty and I'm literally just obsessed with it!

Let me know in the comments below what your Spring Essentials are AND for those who managed to actually make it through to the end of this blog post...what is your favourite Easter chocolate?!
