Cheeks, Eyes and Lips with Seventeen*

Blogger networks are one of the most vital things to join in the blogosphere world. Connecting with brands & other bloggers is a "blogging must". Seventeen has launched their own blogger network which allows you to connect with a various bloggers, hear the latest makeup trends and Seventeen news. I was contacted by Seventeen to join their blogging network team and have immersed myself in exploring new blogs all in love with drugstore makeup bargains. I'm an avid lover of drugstore makeup as it is affordable, great quality and variety. I peruse counters daily at Boots - you can find me there every Monday-Sunday 9-6.

My hilarious jokes aside, Seventeen asked me to ponder through what makeup trends I've been loving and they very kindly sent along a few of their much loved products to review that just ooze happiness. You know I love me some makeup!

*Cheek Stamp Blush

"Stamp your way into the glow! Give cheeks a quick pop of colour with these compact blush powders with fab sponge stamp applicator". This product really intrigued me when I opened the package. I was drawn to the fact that this blusher comes with an applicator, mirror and the blush product itself - perfect for on the go! The sponge is a great applicator and if used delicately enough, with a light hand, it applies the blush without streaking your base. I really love the blush colour as it's quite a cool purple toned blush rather than a pink one, ideal for the Autumn weather but with a hint of glitz to give you that extra glow.

*Eye Eye Shadow in Rose Quartz

The next product that caught my attention was the eyeshadow. I have been loving eyeshadow recently as I'm becoming a little bit more adventorous with my makeup routine. This eyeshadow swatches as beautifully as it wears on the eyelids. I was so impressed with how pigmented this eyeshadow was and it's very buildable to create a subtle glimmer or an intense eye look. The texture of the eyeshadow is very creamy and therefore I experienced no fall-out which is such a bonus for me when it comes to eyeshadows as I'm one of the weirdos who applies it at the very end!

*Lip Crayon

"Colour yourself a quick shade of gorgeous! For lips that feel moisturised and are finished with shine!" Of course an Autumn makeup lip wouldn't be complete without a lip product! I was quite suprised when I swatched this lip crayon as it appears to be a lot darker and more berry undertoned in the packaging than when swatched. I would say this is more of a lipgloss crayon rather than a lipstick as the texture is more sticky than that of a lipstick. It's definitely a product for someone who prefers more of a subtle lipstick look than a dramatic one as it wears more pink than dark red.

I'm really excited to be incorprating these products into my nights out at University, you can never have too many makeup looks right? Have you tried any Seventeen products and if so, what are your faves? Thank you again Seventeen!
