Lush Goodies Haul

Happy Sunday everyone! Oh Lush, it's been a long time hasn't it? I honestly don't remember the last time I had a good old Lush haul, even though they are my favourite to read. I'm currently at the moment a little bit inbetween places, staying at my aunts whilst trying to find a place in London to move into, and fun fact, at my aunt's, there's a bath.
Firstly I picked up my good old Buffy Body Butter. I've talked about me suffering from a mild form of keratosis pilaris for a while now and the only product that ever seems to work on it is the Buffy bar. Because I hadn't picked it up in quite a while, I've noticed that it seems to be appearing again. I tend to only buy the smaller bar as otherwise I can't really grip it and use it at all and it's pretty much my skincare essential that I will always repurchase just because it really helps exfoliate, moisturise and bring back the natural oils in my arms. If anyone suffers from KP I cannot recommend this enough! I used to be so self conscious about the little red bumps, but when I use this 3x a week I feel so much more confident wearing short sleeved tops as well.

Rose Jam Bubbleroon

Who doesn't love a bit of sparkle in their life? I absolutely love this bubbleroon, and as you can tell I'm a fan of bubble bars and bath oils much more than bath bombs, as I'm all about making my skin feel softer and more hydrated rather than just having a pretty little bath. The Rose Jam contains organic fair trade cocoa butter which is set to soothe your skin and what I love about rose scents is how calming they are, perfect for a Saturday night bath me thinks!

I've been wanting to try this bubble bar for ages now, and although I know this is a massive hit and miss for those who like a colourful and intergalactic looking bath, I love the smell of this and can totally see this being so hydrating! Apparently this also gives incredible bubbles which of course is a total must!

I was with my friend a couple of weeks ago and she picked up one of the bath melts and said it was amahhhhzzzinnng. Although it does make your bath look like "chicken soup" according to the lady at Lush, and let's be honest here, looks a tad naughty aesthetically, but with sandalwood oil and shea butter I can just see my skin feeling super soft. Although with bath oils, they can leave your skin feeling a little greasy, so this is probably one of those products to use when you're going to hop into bed after and not a night-on-the-town.

I was very lucky to receive a couple of goodies from Lush to try out as they suggested these would be perfect for my dry skin so thank you to the team at Lush!

Let The Good Times Roll*

Firstly was this product, which I have never ever heard of so I was definitely intrigued! This is a gentle exfoliant with maize flower to gentle remove dry/dead skin, along with corn oil to leave your skin feeling super soft. I was totally surprised that Lush actually sells products in this giant of a tub, I don't think I've ever picked up a massive tub, so this will definitely last me a while! Weirdly enough, I guess because of the name, it smells like cinnamon rolls! If you don't know, I love my cinnamon scents and this just smells amahzing, also like a bit of popcorn mix in there! You can also use this on your body, so I'm going to give that a go to!

Oatifix Fresh Face Mask*

If you read my last Lush fresh mask review here, you'll know I had a rubbish experience with the Brazened honey one. This is the original face mask that everyone had recommended that I use this one as it is more nourishing with illipe butter and banana than the others. I'm really excited to give this one a go and hopefully I will love this one a lot more than the other mask!

Ultrabland Cleanser*

I was so happy that they had sent me my all time favourite makeup cleanser remover type product thing to me! If you're a regular reader you'll know how much I adore this cleanser, and although I am currently loving my Body Shop Chamomile cleanser, not to say that you can ever have too many! I can never use chemical-based makeup cleansers as my skin just reacts too badly so this is so calming and soothing.

Full of Grace Facial Serum*

Another lush product that I haven't at all delved into is the deeply moisturising facial serum which is infused with lots of oils and apparantly....mushrooms? Now everyone in my family can tell you that I absolutely despise mushrooms...but obviously not like I'm going to each this serum bar is it? It contains Murumuru Butter (try saying that 10 times over) which is supposidly highly moisturising so very excited!

So there we have it! A few new Lush products that I picked up and were sent! Looking forward to trying them and letting you know how I get on! Let me know what some of your favourite Lush products are and if you have any recommendations for us dry skin girls!
