Lush Christmas Haul

We all knew this haul was bound to happen. The last time I did a massive Lush haul was when they released their Autumn collection here and I knew the Christmas collection would include some bits I would just have to get my hands on.

My first purchase was the Golden Wonder Bath Bomb. This is a product that everyone and their mums raves about and I've only just finally caved in and picked it up this year. Happiness is a gift and the trick is not to expect it, but to delight in it when it comes in all its exquisite, sweet orange and lime oil glory. I have to say, this is one giant bath bomb, you definitely get your moneys worth. I'm really excited to see how this looks in the bath even though it may not have the most

The Santasaurus Bubble Bar was the most adorable bubble bar I had ever seen and although totally and utterly random, I knew he had to be mine, I mean come on, it's a dinosaur with a santa hat. how. fricking. cute. The smell is quite unusual, to me it smells like a mixture between citrus and honey. I tend to never really 'swirl' these sorts of bubble bars on a stick in the bath, as I find it just a lot more effective to run them under the tap directly!

Ruby Red Slippers  - You don't have to travel to the Emerald City to find your inner Dorothy. Lie back, click your heels, there's no place like foam. The Ruby Red slipper bubble bar is new to the range this year and I absolutely love this product! This bubble bar smells floral and although I'm not really the biggest fan of glitter, I love that this isn't overly glittery like let's say the sparkly pumpkin. I can also imagine this turning the water a stunning Christmas red!

This little guy reminds me of the Peeping Santa I picked up last year, this is the adorable The Christmas Penguin . I already used this little guy on Sunday night and it turned the water a beautiful light blue colour, although I have to say, the bubbles weren't as impressive as some of the other bubble bars I've tried. Penguin has a very fresh and bright scent to him which I think is really nice for those who aren't a fan of Lush's sweeter and more heavy scents.

The Jester Reusable Bubble Bar is something I have to hands up admit, I only really picked him up because of how cute he looked. This little bubble bar comes on a stick with jingly jangly bells hanging off it. This isn't usually a scent I would go for, it's very citrus smelling, with a lot of orange and mandarin layers. I'm going to have to see how I feel about this bubble bar, because although the scent isn't my favourite, there is something definitely festive about the smell of clementines and oranges for me!

And it's back, my favourite of all Lush Christmas products in the world! The Magic of Christmas Reusable Bubble Bar. I flipping love cinnamon. I have around 4 candles that are all cinnamon based, I love cinnamon sweets, cinnamon skincare and basically all things cinnamon. The Magic of Christmas bubble bar turns your bath a beautiful deep orange and I remember this giving off so many bubbles to it! I really recommend running these under the tap rather than swirling in your bath water as it gives off a lot more bubbles!

Of course it isn't Christmas without Butterbear. I purchase Butterbear every year and if he's not released yet, butter ball. I'm not really a big fan of bath bombs that don't have any skincare benefits as I have such dry skin. Butterbear I think is perfect because it's enriched with Cocoa butter and Ylang Ylang oil. I think this is also a great idea for kids because of how bath friendly they are which can make bath time fun!

I then picked up Snow Angel, a bath melt. Dissolving into a flurry of snow, blanket your bath in white foam before revealing a shimmering golden glow.I know a lot of people don't like bath melts but I have to say they are one of my favourites. This is another product with cocoa butter which I'm obviously obsessed with.

So there we have it, another massive Lush haul! Let me know if you picked up anything from Lush's Christmas range this year and what your favourite Christmas product is!
