Over the past couple of weeks I've been testing out a couple of products that have been very kindly sent disclaimer and thought I'd share my thoughts on them here.
Firstly is the very snazzy Tangle Angel Brush* I used to own a tangle teezer a while back but sadly misplaced it so I was very excited to be sent another de-tangling brush to try out. As an avid rose-gold lover, I personally love the fact that this is so bold and that little bit dramatic. I have quite fine thin hair so mine luckily doesn't get caught up and tangled too often but every now and again I'll shove it up in a bun and it goes a little temperamental. I found this best worked with my hair wet rather than dry, mainly because the bristles are quite hard compared to my usual paddle brushes. Personally I prefer more of a softer brush, probably because I do have thinner hair rather than a hard core one so those with thicker hair may really like this brush.
Next is the Cashmere-On Lip Pots from Emile Cordon* which probably have to be the most luxurious and expensive lip balm that I will ever own. They very kindly sent me two of their balms, N0.1 Lisa which is a gorgeous pink champagne scented lip pot along with N0 72 Coco, my personal favourite a white coconut and vanilla scent. Weirdly I thought I would hate the Coco one as I despise coconut, but this is so subtle and more steering towards 'vanilla' that I adore it. These just ooze luxury, they come in the most gorgeous glass packaging with a gold plated lid and even a little scoop so you don't have to put your fingers inside the pot. Apart from just being pretty to look at, I think these are gorgeous lip balms, buttery smooth and leave your lips feeling soft and nourished.
Lastly is the BareMinerals Gen Nude Matte Liquid Lip Colour 'JuJu'*. I've only tried a couple of bareminerals products, but never a lip product and I have to say, this has already become one of my most worn nudes this season so far. This was actually part of a Tili Beauty Box, but you can buy them individually from BareMinerals. JuJu is a beautiful dark pink nude with a brown undertone which makes it perfect for Autumn whilst still remaining quite a feminine shade. The formula is similar to the NYX Soft Matte Lip Cremes, where it's more of a moussey texture, which I love because it doesn't feel tacky but instead lightweight and comfortable. This I can already tell will feature in my October favourites blog post because I wear it THAT much!
Let me know in the comments below if you've tried any of the above products and also something that you've been testing out lately!

I'm obsessed with that bareMinerals nude! I haven't found that in Finland yet, but someday I will find it and buy it. I have heard so many good things about those! But that hair brush, it looks really interesting. I don't know if I like it or not. Maybe I should see how it looks live. Color looks absolutely beautiful but the shape is kinda off?
