My Top 4 Fragrances

I'm a creature of habit with most things, but I would probably say my perfumes are the one thing that I rarely ever change around. I have pretty much only 4 on rotation that I use one is sadly completely empty now but will still mention it below, and you'll notice that my top 4 fragrances, are all quite floral, sweet and feminine, like I said a creature of habit.

Chloé Eau de Parfum This is probably my all time ever favourite scent, what I would call my signature scent. Albeit, not the cheapest signature scent to have, it is totally worth it in my opinion. This is one of those scents that I can immediately smell when someone walks past me wearing it, it's so beautiful. It's no surprise that this is my favourite scent as it's top notes are peony with rose petals and magnolia as the heart base notes. What makes this perfume not overly sweet, is that it's got quite a powdery overlay on it which makes it elegant and delicate perfect for both daytime and night time.

Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh Eau de Toilette - I honestly don't know a single person who hasn't owned this perfume at least once in their life! With the top notes being pink grapefruit and raspberries and heart notes of rose, it's less floral but much sweeter than Chloé, the Daisy perfume to me is that perfect daytime Spring and Summer perfume. However, I know that this particular scent isn't to everyone's liking here's looking at you mum, who cannot sit next to me when I wear this and I can understand why as I think it's one that needs to be worn solely in the daytime.

Zara Tuberose - I had never even thought to have picked up a highstreet perfume before, mainly because it's one of those products that you don't actually hear about, but seeing as I have repurchased my travel rollerball of this twice, and the large perfume bottle twice, it's clearly a favourite of mine. With notes of blackcurrent, tuberose and vanilla, this to me is even that bit more muskier and powdery of a floral scent than the Chloe perfume, so if you're not into overly sweet floral you may find yourself loving this one. I wear this perfume daily to the office, leaving my Chloe one for more special occasions, and although it isn't the longest wearing perfume, at £9,99 for 100ml, it's a great day to day perfume, and I carry around the rollerball version too for top offs for the evenings.

Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Eau de ParfumAnother firm favourite, but one I have sadly run out of, and seeing as it costs a bit of an arm and leg, am yet to repurchase, this felt like my more bold and mature scents in my collection but by all means not old! This scent has quite a few notes through it, which I think brings out the floral aromas. The top notes being tea and tea and bergamot, middle notes of Sambac jasmine with a hint of orange tree, Catleya orchid, freesia and Centifolia rose and a woody base note of Patchouli. As with most of the higher end perfumes, I found this lasted all day and like Chloé could be worn day to night. Maybe a product I need to already add to the Christmas wishlist.....
