New In Beauty

Back with a beauty blog post I thought I'd share a couple of new in beauty bits I've received from my birthday and also ones I've recently picked up. A couple of these are actually repurchases of some of my holy grails, as I've said many times on this blog, I am a sucker for repurchasing products I know I love and work.

First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream - This is my one and only moisturiser I will ever use. I tend to actually buy the small tube of it, but realised it makes so much more sense to just buy the big tub of it at this point, definitely smarter price wise. If you've got sensitive skin which is also extremely dehydrating, I'd highly recommend this one. I don't think I'll ever use another one!

Mac Cosmetics Strobe Cream 'SilverLite' - I was massively ponder about whether to repurchase this one or a Smashbox primer, but like I said, I'm a sucker for what I know. I wouldn't necessarily actually call this a primer in the sense of it's main purpose isn't to increase your makeup's longevity, but as I suffer with dry and dehydrated skin, I do tend to look more for a primer that brightens and glows my skin up instead. They used to have a small travel sized version of the shade I always buy, but annoyingly they've discontinued it, but I have to say this product lasts forever.

Garnier Hyaluronic Acid and Coconut Water Hydrating Replumping Eye Sheet Mask - I'm a sucker for an eye mask and although I am definitely getting more sleep at the moment, one working from home benefit, I'm still taking this as an opportunity for some self pamper and care moments. I picked these up from Garnier as they said they aim to firm and smooth your under eyes. With mine being extremely, yup you guessed it dry, anything to help send my way!

Mac Cosmetics LipGlass 'Prrr' - A present from my friend Kate for my birthday who very kindly sent it in the post, is this gorgeous lipgloss. I've actually never tried a Mac lipgloss before, but I wore it on my birthday for the first time, for a thrilling night of pizza making and board games and I loved it. It's a lipgloss that's perfect for everyday and to add on top of a nude lipstick shade like Velvet Teddy or Pillow Talk to give it some more dimension.

Masque BAR Gold Foil Peel-Off Face Mask - Another gift for my birthday, a face mask, you can never have too many face masks if you ask me. Aimed at moisturising and revitalising, but also more importantly designed to 'help skin look younger and fresher'. I mean I'm not sure what she's trying to say about looking younger, I'm only 26 ha, but this is definitely going to be used over the weekend on one of my pamper days!

Let me know if you've tried any new beauty products OR if you've been doing any decluttering and come across any old and forgotten ones in the comments below!
