What I love about miniatures is that, firstly, they are bloody cute and adorable and secondly, if you're someone who has sensitive skin, or is just a bit particular, they a) make for a great travel product, and b) they are a great way to try out a product before spending loads of money on the full size. There's been a couple of miniatures I've picked up recently that I just need to get in full sized and thought I'd share.
Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finishing Powder
Did I need this miniature? No. But bloody hell is it not the cutest thing I've ever seen or held in my hands in my entire life well a close second to a kitten. I had seen so many people rave about this powder, and when it was available as part of the Feel Unique Beauty Kit I knew I had to grab it, regardless of the fact it's legit 5g of powder. I don't use this on a day to day basis as it's super mini, but instead I keep it in my handbag for emergency powder top-ups during the day. I've been honestly so impressed with this powder, I've used it for under eyes, my T-Zone etc, and it's just so finely milled and so light.
I have been so lucky to have managed to get a couple of these miniatures from other purchases etc but I just know that I need to repurchase the full-sized version as I've now finished all my miniatures of it. It's honestly hands down one of the best primers I've ever used. I would say it's a more luxurious version of the Mac Strobe Cream, it's got better grip as a primer, but it's also just leaves your skin looking absolutely gorgeous and radiant. It leaves a golden/strobe affect on your skin which, if you suffer from dry skin or just want a bit of dimension to it, this is so effective.
Sol Janeiro Brazilian Body Buff
Another FeelUnique Beauty Kit product, I am obsessed with this little travel sized mini. I took this on holiday with me once and as someone who suffers with dry skin everywhere, it's hard for me to find a good buffer that is travel friendly and just ticks all the boxes. This is such a fabulous exfoliator and leaves my skin feeling so much softer.
Clinique 'Pop Slash Lip Gloss 'Adore U'
Lastly is a miniature lipgloss, which I think is a miniature because it's so teeny tiny. One that featured in 'My Favourite Lip Glosses' post as it's hands down one of my all time faves is this one. The one problem is, my flatmate and I can't find this shade anywhere online! I don't know why they are only offered from what I can see in 4.3ml (random miniature size) but if anyone knows where to buy it from in full sized and in this shade please let me know! It's the most gorgeous everyday pink/nude lipgloss that leaves your lips looking so full and juicy. I. adore. it.
Let me know any miniatures you've been trying out that you want in full sized or if you found any holy grails by using a miniature!
Oh I adore Charlotte Tilbury products, I would want all these miniatures in full size too! x
