Cohorted October Beauty Box*

[AD Contains Gifted Product] Beauty subscription boxes are the answer to those who are desperate to try out new beauty products and new brands. I've tried a variety of different beauty boxes in the past, and I'm very lucky to have been gifted the Cohorted Beauty Box - October Box*  which was filled with some amazing goodies.

A bit of background on the Cohorted Beauty Box. It retails at £39.99, which is pricier than some of the subscription boxes on the market, but it is filled and curated with luxury products from a variety of brands. This brand also ships internationally, which I've found difficult to find subscription boxes that are available across the globe. Last month I received a box, which was entirely hair base products which was a nice change as I never really spend money on hair care products but I'm excited that this month has more variety in brands and products.

Cohorted October Beauty Box

MZ Skin - Brighten & Perfect Vitamin C Serum

RRP: £195.00
Size: 10ml

Product Description: The most expensive product in the box, at a cool £195,  morning and evening, apply two pumps of the serum onto your face, neck and décolleté and massage. This serum works to reveal a brighter, smoother and more luminous skin tone. It reduces pigmentation in the skin, brighten the skin and protects against premature ageing by boosting collagen production.

Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder

RRP: £7 per pot
Size: 3.5g

Product Description: 3 miniatures (3.5g) in Honey, Translucent, Glow. The #1 setting powder, it blends effortlessly and allows your makeup to be set up to 16 hours. Weightless, finely milled and no photo flashback, I'm incredibly excited to use this. I think translucent and glow will work for me, and I'll give my flatmate Honey as it's a little too dark, but I like that it's got the three shades, so you can ensure you get a shade that works for you.

Up Circle Citrus Blend Facial Scrub

RRP: £12.99
Size: 100ml

Product Description: A delicate coffee scrub for dry and dehydrated skin, apply to a damp face in circular motions to remove dry, dead skin cells and leave you feeling soft, smooth and glowy. I tend to find facial scrubs sometimes too abrasive, but as this is catered for sensitive skin with it's anti-inflammatory ingredients, I'm hoping this will do wonders to my skin in the Winter!

Teree De Mars Reddition Body Cleanser

RRP: £19.00
Size: 150ML

Product Description: An organic low-foaming, soft cleansing gel suitable for all skin types. I'm big on shower gels and body cleansers as I love the feeling they give your skin of feeling extra clean. Coffee and rosemary extract and verbena oil are there to tone, purify and protect the skin and Aloe Vera nourishes and smoothes. I can't wait to add this into my shower routine!

Rodial Dragon's Blood Sculpting Gel

RRP: £19.00
Size: 5ML

Product Description: An anti-aging gel that aims to reduce redness, firm, smooth and plum skin for a more youthful looking complexion. Now at 26 I would like to hope that I'm not massively in need of this product mum if you find this in your stocking this Christmas, sorry! I've heard a couple of people talk about this brand, and although I've not heard of it myself, I'm intrigued to see the outcome of it! The full sized product is by no means cheap at £85, so to get a 5ML in this is fab!

Too Faced Flatbuki Face Brush

RRP: £19.00
Size: Full Sized

Product Description: I was so excited to see not just one, but two Too Faced products in this moth's box. I've never tried any of Too Faced brushes, but I'm so incredibly surprised with how soft the hairs are. I think I'm going to use this as a blusher brush as it suits the size of the apples of the cheeks perfectly.

Too Faced Kajal Eyeliner - Black

RRP: £20
Size: Full Sized

Product Description: An intense black kajal eyeliner lasts for 12 hours and claims to resist smudging, sweat, humidity and water. I've now become obsessed with tight-lining, and is pretty much the only eyeliner I wear, so I'm excited to have another eyeliner to try out for this. It's crayon formula equals smooth application without tugging on your eyes.

Total Box Value: £305.99

Oh and last but definitely not least, a Lindt Lindor Chocolate Orange bar. Totally fitting with the obsession of chocolate orange the UK has got going on at the moment!

Overall I'm really impressed with this box, I can't believe it's got over £300 worth of product in it!  It's got a couple of brands I've never tried before which I always think is the great thing about these boxes, but also a few notable brands as well. Let me know if you have any beauty subscription boxes in the comments below!
