When I've got a blemish or any sort of under-the-skin spot coming, my go-to has to be the Clarins SOS Purifying Clay Face-Mask. I use this either as a spot treatment, dabbing a little bit and leaving it overnight on a spot, or use it as a full face mask. Honestly this stuff works wonders for spots, just one night later and they look instantly less red and angry and less raised. I usually don't like using clay masks as I have such dry and dehydrated skin, but this actually doesn't leave my skin feeling parched at all.
For the days I'm in need of a bit of hydration, the Garnier Sheet Masks are some of my favourites. I've lost count how many Garnier Moisture Bomb Sheet Masks I've purchased in my life. I tend to have quite sensitive skin as well and find these don't irritate my skin at all and give my skin that little bit of extra hydration. I also love their new Garnier Anti-Fatigue Vitamin C Masks (hello late nights of drinking) Some other ones I love include the Sephora Collections Sheet Masks in 'Lychee' , please bring Sephora to the UK, I honestly stock up on mass when I go somewhere with a Sephora. For a boujee version, I also love the Charlotte Tilbury Instant Magic Facial Sheet Mask. Before a night out these are amazing to give you a bit of a glow, but at the price of £18 for one mask, in the words of KathleenLights, das expensive.
If I'm looking for a quick fix, which usually involves making my under eyes look less dark and sunken, under-eye masks are my go-to. I have quite a few different ones I love, I have really enjoyed using the 111Skin Rose Gold Illuminating Eye Mask *
Lastly, look no one wants to talk about it, because, gross, and I'm not going to go into too much detail (trigger warning: feet). I have to say I do love a foot mask. Some of the ones I love include the Superdrug Coconut Oil Foot Pack (the Superdrug Marula Foot Pack one is fabulous too). Now, if hydrating is just not working for you, and yes, you want to go and try the foot peeling ones, the Kocostar Foot Peeling Mask is quite sensational. Now let me say this, do NOT use these unless you've got zero plans a good two weeks before. You will not be able to wear sandals, because hell is it gross when they start peeling. They take about 3 days after wearing them for it to begin, but I have to say, it was fantastic once it was done!
Let me know in the comments below what some of your favourite masks are!
